A Baron pre-designed home shortens the time it takes to move into your new home compared to a 'custom' home.  Why?  Because we've built these homes before and so have our trade partners.  Custom homes nearly always take more time.  The cliche, 'time is money,' is nearly always true. 

But we understand and applaud those who wish to build a custom home.  Over half the homes we construct are custom homes.

We know that you have choices when building your new home.  If a home with a higher level of finish constructed by local folks who take pride in their craft is important to you, then we hope to become your builder.

With Baron Homes, you get experience.  Experience in home design, home placement, all aspects of utility construction, home construction, and finance.  It's up to you, but we can literally hand you the keys when completed.  If you wish to contribute your skills, we'll happily work with you.
